Mansi and Jesse were referred to us by our Henna Artist Dharmila. Upon our first meeting with this adorable couple, we felt an instant connection and it didn’t take much time for Mansi and Jesse to hire us for Decor and Planning services of their beautiful Fusion wedding. We intertwined Indian and European traditions from the mandap to the white veil to perfectly symbolize the two cultures and families coming together.
The Hindu ceremony and the reception were held at Lakeshore Convention Centre. We had a pleasure working alongside the staff who went above and beyond to ensure that everything was to the couple’s expectations.
The couple opted to donate to the Alzheimer Society rather than give traditional favors, SAWC ensured that every place setting had the seeds for the Forget-me-not flowers, provided by the Alzheimer Society. The flavors went perfectly with their theme of blue, white, and black.
When you are doing two different ceremonies, it can get very exhausting for the family to keep up with all the details. That is what the SAWC team is there for. We take care of all the small and big details, from the flower petals to the backdrop. Time is of the essence when dealing with all the vendors and strict timelines. We ensured everything ran smoothly and on time for Mansi and Jesse, which allowed for a seamless presentation and allowed the couple to enjoy every moment of their special day without stressing over the small stuff.
