We hired Neha and her team at SAWC Planners to help coordinate our Mehndi & Sangeet Night, Wedding Day and Reception in the Summer of 2019. We had a fusion Hindu/Sikh ceremony on the same day followed one after the other. The Wedding day venue being Guild Inn Estate and Guild Inn Park made the setup and execution paramount. From the initial phone consultation, to the timeline meetings, to the venue visits, the big days and days following the events, Neha and her team worked extremely hard to make sure everything was done in accordance with our guidelines, timeline and wishes. They did so with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a warm smile to all our guests, family and vendors. As a couple we knew that we required a coordinator but this truly hit home during the weeks leading up to the big day as Neha was constantly on the phone with various Vendors making sure that the timelines for each day were clear, making any adjustments and providing her invaluable experience on potential or possible pitfalls during execution of the various events. For us Neha was a phone call away, no matter whether it was day or night to answer any questions and to take care of any last-minute things we overlooked. Neha and her team truly went over and beyond for us. Not only did she provide the reassurances that she had everything under control but we witnessed that first hand with her flawless execution. Our guests complimented us on how elegant and seamlessly the events flowed without any issues. Weddings are expensive, couples will certainly spend a significant amount on the venue, décor, entertainment, food, etc but will overlook the most critical part being the execution and how all of these all come together. This can only be done with the assistance of a coordinator/planner. Without a coordinator/planner you could honestly spend a significant amount without your guests noticing it or appreciating it; unless, everything flows on the big day. The only way to have that is to hire someone like Neha and her team who have more than a decade’s worth of experience. We certainly made a wise decision to hire Neha and her team and truly can’t thank them enough. They made the process less stressful for us, so that we could actually enjoy each and every event. They paid attention to the fine detail – they made a timeline for each day and stuck to it. They get it done – when it matters the most! Neha is gem. As a makeup artist, I don't get to watch a wedding planner in action. But I had an opportunity to watch Neha do her magic in Windsor, during a wedding we did together. The patience, kindness, efficiency and speed at which she worked, left me speechless. I would recommend her to anyone looking to add positivity and coordination to your event.
Neva was the first and only wedding planner my mom and I had met. She was just so knowledgable and helpful from our initial meeting that we just decided on the spot to book her. We planned our wedding in about 5 months and could not have done it without Neha and the rest of the SAWC team. Neha introduced us to some lovely vendors and was instrumental in figuring out the logistics of the wedding day. We had a one day wedding and I don't think we could have pulled it off without the SAWC team. They ensured everything ran smoothly and on time. We hired SAWC planners 1 month before our wedding. They were one of the few vendors we didn't realize we needed, but greatly appreciated after our event was done. Our wedding was roughly 650 people and its a huge challenge to organize and plan for a group of this size. These guys are extremely professional and effective. We met with Neha during our initial consultation and she assigned Bisma to our wedding for the day of. What really helped us was that they themselves were very organized. Before the wedding, they made the things they needed from us very clear and we didn't have to go back and forth to finish our planning. Because of SAWC, my wife and I were finished with wedding planning 5 days before the actual date, which was huge for us because we were able to simply enjoy our day. During the day of, Bisma and her team were crucial in ensuring that everything happened on time. From getting out of our respective homes for the wedding ceremony in the morning till the end of our reception program, Bisma and her team were with us all along the way. I highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting to hire a wedding planner!! They know what they're doing!!
Being in the industry, it is extremely refreshing to work with this hard working and intelligent team. They are extremely flexible, professional and committed to putting forth a program that flows and makes sense. As an MC/vendor, it is extremely important to have trust in planners who are able to adapt to any last minute situations with expert communication skills. My husband and I hired Neha and her team for our month of coordination and we can say it was definitely the best investment we made!! She made sure everything went smoothly and we did not have to worry about a thing on our big day. Leading up to the wedding she was always available for us to message with any questions or concerns. She made sure all the little details we wanted were completed and made our families feel at ease! We received so many compliments from our guests throughout the day and after the wedding and a lot of that credit goes to Neha for making sure everything went smoothly! I had an amazing experience with Neha & her team. As a wedding photographer who's shot over 100+ weddings thus far, I have experienced the difference between a good and bad wedding coordinator/planner as well as weddings that have no professional coordinator at all. I can say that Neha and her team is BEYOND good; they are the BEST in the GTA. From the first day I reached out to Neha, she was all hands on deck insuring that any fine details I may have missed was completely tuned. She contacted all my vendors and handled all the administrative and very important tasks from day 1 even before the wedding day ensuring that I was organized and felt good about all of it. Neha offered a listening ear when I needed to vent and made sure that she found a solution to any wedding planning related items right away. On the day of my wedding, I didn't even move a finger. I had Neha's assistant with me from morning and she stuck by me until the reception constantly making sure that I had everything I needed or wanted. I literally felt like a princess on my wedding day because of Neha and her team. AND I wasn't the only one who noticed the hard work, dedication and professionalism. Till this day, I still get complimented on how smooth the transition was on my wedding. It was one of the more challenging timelines having getting ready at 3am, photos at 8am, hindu ceremony at 2pm followed by reception at 6pm; all on the same day - having everything run on time and having vendors show up & managing 350+ guests and get everything done on time was a task that had to be monitored and Neha and her team executed it all profoundly and to the T. I would highly recommend SAWC planners for any wedding planning and coordination. Their attention to detail, experience and professionalism had me and all my guests in awe and I was able to enjoy my day to its entirety knowing that I had such a reliable team.

We loved how firm you were with people about the photo sequence at the Nikkah and also helping us arrange entertainment. We got married last year and I cant say enough good things about Neha and her team. Our day was absolutely flawless because of her coordination of the wedding. All the decisions regarding how the ceremony was to take place was made between the family and the Gurudwara. The wedding planners don’t have anything to do with it.
Neha and the SAWC team coordinated both our holud and wedding reception. With their help and support, we successfully threw together a 600 person wedding and 300 person holud in 3 months. Their preferred vendors list saved us money across the board (photographer, videographer, dj, etc.). Both myself and my wife highly recommend SAWC for what they do.
