With 17 years of experience in event planning, I, Neha Chopra, am passionate about creating unforgettable moments for couples and clients alike.
My journey began in 2008 after planning my own South Asian wedding, which inspired me to establish SAWC Planners—your destination for bespoke weddings, milestone celebrations, and corporate events.
As a mother of three daughters, I’ve mastered the art of balancing creativity, precision, and care. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of planning 300+ events, including destination weddings in Florida and a stunning celebration at the iconic Fairmont Château Frontenac in Quebec City.
In 2021, I shared insights on CBC News about the impact of COVID-19 on South Asian weddings. In 2023, my expertise extended to corporate projects when I designed breathtaking Diwali backdrops for Cadillac Fairview malls across Toronto.
My commitment is to bring vision, culture, and elegance to every event I plan. Whether it’s a grand affair or an intimate gathering, I aim to turn dreams into memories.

My background is largely in Human Resources Management and Education. I speak 5 languages: English, French, Spanish, Bengali and Hindi and I’m able to apply these languages throughout the planning and executing process

Neha planned our wedding and everything was so well organized and the whole week went so smoothly. So when we decided to have a big party for our daughters' first and third birthday, we decided to ask Neha to plan it. Once again, she did an amazing job!
