- We create a timeline about 3 months prior to the event
- We attend 4 final vendor meetings virtually usually for venue, decor, photo&video and DJ.
- We communicate and coordinate with all the vendors during the month of the wedding and share the timeline.
- We confirm logistical needs, arrival time and final payments due of each vendor
- We advise the couple to drop off all stationery or details to us during the week of the wedding.
- We provide on site coordination on the day of the event for 6-8 hours depending on the timeline.
- We provide 2 planners on site to manage your event and ensure the day flows smoothly.
