Terrible place, they were supposed to include us into the reception but they didn't even put us in the reception nor give us a table, we were closely related to the groomsman and they didn't bother to even atone to their mistakes and tried to make us sit at the vendors, not even letting us speak nor even bother to help solve the issue.

Vishal and I had an incredible experience with SAWC Planners as our month-of coordinators for our Indian wedding in September 2024. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond by helping us transport additional items, including traditional wedding decor and personal items, from home to the hotel, ensuring everything was perfectly prepared ahead of time. During the wedding week, they were 100% present, checking in on both Vishal and me throughout all three major events – the sangeet, the wedding ceremony, and the reception. They made sure the intricate timeline, with all the cultural rituals and events, was followed to the T, with no room for delays or confusion. The team’s attention to detail, especially with managing our large guest list and coordinating the various vendors, was extraordinary. Noosh even went above and beyond by having her brother come in to help resolve a last-minute crisis, which truly showed her commitment to making everything perfect. We booked SAWC for month-of coordination for our wedding ceremony and reception. Neha, Anushka, and Noosh were all very well organized and you could tell their experience came in handy before and during the events. The timeline organization was very helpful though we would have appreciated more feedback/back-and-forth to go over any issues earlier. During the events, they made sure we were well fed, all items were placed out and put back in an organized way, and most importantly that everything ran on time. Overall, we had amazing feedback from vendors and guests!
