A Year of Intention & Elegance: SAWC 2025 in Review

As another year gently comes to an end, we find ourselves reflecting on a season defined not by volume, but by intention. In 2025, SAWC embraced a more considered approach to weddings, one rooted in thoughtful planning and meaningful experiences.

This year allowed us to slow down, to be present, and to create celebrations that felt deeply personal. Each event was carefully curated, every detail purposeful, and every moment guided by the trust our couples placed in us.

2025 Highlights

Total Couples: 17

Total Events Planned & Coordinated: 41

We had the pleasure of planning a total of 41 weddings and events. With fewer events and a sharper focus, we were able to pour our creativity and attention into each celebration, ensuring that no detail was overlooked and every experience felt effortless.

Celebrating Culture & Connection

In 2025, we had the honour of working across a beautifully diverse range of celebrations, each rich in tradition and meaning. From intimate interfaith ceremonies to vibrant cultural weddings, every event reflected a unique story and a shared commitment to honoring heritage, family, and love.

Our approach remained rooted in balance, respecting cultural traditions while introducing refined, contemporary design elements that elevated each celebration.

Reflections from the Year

With over a decade in the wedding industry, 2025 reaffirmed an important truth: refinement comes from intention. As a women-owned business, this year reminded us of the importance of balance between creativity and structure, ambition and sustainability, work and personal life.

By focusing on fewer events, we created space for deeper collaboration, clearer vision, and a more meaningful planning experience for both our couples and our team.

Looking Ahead

As we move forward, SAWC remains committed to intimate, detail-driven celebrations that prioritize experience over excess. We look forward to continuing to design weddings that feel personal, elevated, and thoughtfully executed where every detail tells a story.

With Gratitude

To our couples, families, vendors,

and creative partners, Thank you for the trust you placed in us and for welcoming us into your most meaningful moments. 2025 was a season of thoughtful growth, quiet beauty, and memories that will stay with us for years to come. We look ahead with full hearts, grateful and inspired by what lies ahead.
