The Classy Complete Planning package is designed for couples starting from scratch, beginning 1-1.5 years before the event. It includes an initial consultation to determine the event’s scope, style, and budget, with access to SAWC’s preferred vendor list and management tools like spreadsheets. The package offers up to five 2-hour consultations, covering budgeting, inspiration boards, and quarterly status meetings, along with negotiating with ten vendors. It also includes planning for one pre-wedding event, timeline creation, venue meeting attendance, and five rentals from Bling and Bells. All services from the Month of Coordination package are included, with additional costs for travel outside the GTA.

ELEGANT PARTIAL PLANNING

Ideal for couples who have booked less than 50% of their vendors Begins 6-9 months before the Wedding Date

The Elegant Partial Planning package is ideal for couples who have booked less than 50% of their vendors, starting 6-9 months before the wedding. It includes an initial consultation to determine the event’s size, style, and scope, along with access to SAWC’s preferred vendor list and spreadsheets for guest and vendor management. The package offers up to three 2-hour consultations with the couple or family, covering budgeting, inspiration boards, and status updates. It also includes negotiating with up to five vendors, creating a detailed timeline and agenda, attending the final venue meeting, and providing three rentals from Bling and Bells. All services from the Month of Coordination package are included. Additional costs apply for events outside the GTA.

The Month of Coordination package is ideal for couples who have secured their vendors and need professional assistance 6-8 weeks before their wedding. It includes timeline creation, venue rehearsal, and coordination with vendors, ensuring all details are finalized and executed seamlessly. On the wedding day, a Wedding Manager and lead coordinator oversee operations, including vendor management, guest assistance, and bridal party coordination, ensuring the couple enjoys their special day stress-free. Additional services include custom stationery design, home décor rentals, and ethnic favors from Bling and Bells, along with bridesmaids’ and groomsmen’s outfits. Travel and accommodation costs may apply for events outside the GTA.
