Nowadays, there are plenty of wedding décor options out there? There are a lot of Indian wedding planners now and it’s a very competitive market. So how do you sort through it all? How do you begin to figure out what you should be buying or renting? The simplest rule for rentals is:

  1. Anything you need in bulk: RENT
  2. Anything you can use afterwards: BUY

Among some things that you would most likely want to rent are mostly pertaining to your reception table settings. Items like table linen rentals, chair cover rentals, centrepiece rentals, silverware, etc. If you add up the price per head cost for all these items, the costs will obviously skyrocket. If you don’t want to wind up with 150 place settings after the weddings, its best to rent these items from decorators or the venue who will rent these out at a much more affordable price. You will also want to rent large items such as tents, seating, lighting! Not only will the rental companies deliver and pick up the items but they will also get everything set up for you.
